What if my company is based outside North America or Europe?

A. Companies that are based outside of North America or Europe are equally invited to join Hotel Hunters Business Discount Program. Hotel Hunters has business partners in more than 100 countries. Companies not operating from North America or Europe can equally reap the benefits of our generous Business Discount Program. Once you become a partner, you can start enjoying the benefit of discounted hotel bookings just like any other company from any other part of the world.
Q Do I require a credit card to making a booking or do you offer credit facility?
A. Yes you do. With the exception of long established business partners who have credit facilities with us, all other companies must book using either their company credit card or the individual staff member credit card. If you live in a country where credit card is not widely used please open a paypal account to pay directly for your bookings.
Q What if my company is in a country where credit card is not widely used can I still become a partner?
A. Yes you can, however you will need to remit the full amount of hotel booking to us either directly to our bank account or to our paypal account. Paypal is accepted in 103 countries. Please open a free paypal business account for easy payment worldwide.
Q Does my company name show up on the voucher or the travelling member of staff?
A. The voucher which the travelling member of your staff would need to present to the hotel on arrival would bear the name of that staff member just the same way their flight ticket booked through your company’s account with an airline company will bear the name of the travelling staff member. You must ensure that you insert his/her name during the booking process.
Q Is your partnership for companies unique?
A. Companies approved for our Business Discount Program may not use other hotel booking company to book hotel rooms for their staff’s hotel needs. However, occasionally we will work with companies that are already working with other hotel booking companies just so that we can highlight the advantages of using Hotel Hunters.
Q I have several companies; do I have to open separate accounts for each company in order to use Hotel Hunters for my bookings?
A. No you do not. However you can open separate accounts for your companies if you choose to do so.
Q What if I forgot my company’s login password?
A. Don't worry, on the login page, simply enter your email address and click on the send password and we will send you an email containing your password to your registered company’s email address. If you continue to have trouble logging in, please send an email to businesscustomers@hotel-hunters.com and include your full company name and address.
Q Are there any costs involved on the part of my company?
A. Absolutely not, our Business Discount Program for companies is completely FREE to join. There is NO setup fee or membership charges for companies.
Q How much money can my company save by using your Business Discount Program?
A. Your company’s savings will depends entirely on how many travel your company undertake. Our Business Discount Program is most beneficial to companies that conduct a lot of travel worldwide. As a guide however, some of our high travelling companies easily save an average of £2500 per month on their hotel bill.
Q In what currency do you accept payment in?
A. We accept US Dollars, British Pound Sterling and Euro. If you live in a country that uses a different currency or would prefer to pay for your company bookings in a currency other than the above we advice that you open a paypal business account for easy payments and to avoid paying huge bank transfer fees.
Q How are high-volume producers rewarded?
A. Companies generating a significant volume of reservations every month can be considered for our specialized scheme, in which we offer you a saving of more than 10% discount for every reservation made through your website. Our primary aim is to help our business partners save money!
Q How are bookings and discount tracked?
A. You can instantly monitor your hotel bookings, discount and more through our Partner Support Center, which serves as your own password-protected back office. Hotel Hunters partners can view, initiate cancellations, print sales reports, number of booking, total discount earned for a particular month, total discount earned to date on all bookings or individual bookings and much more.
Q What kind of support do you provide?
A. At Hotel Hunters, you have an entire team of experts at your service. As a Business Discount Partner, you are assigned your own account manager. Our online Partner Support Center also serves as a resource for helping you run and maintain your account.

Q How do I become a Partner?
A Click on the Join Now! link below in order to become our Business Discount Partner. Simply fill out our business registration form and submit it online. After receiving your application our Business Account Relations Manager will review your application. Should there be any questions with your application we will contact you. Once your application is approved you are now ready to login to your booking Interface and start making bookings immediately.
